← JNSIS

Policies

This is a working draft for the assessment. Final country-specific versions need review by counsel before launch. JNSIS will process health, genetic and potentially clinical data across jurisdictions. GDPR treats health and genetic data as special-category data. Saudi PDPL separately defines health and genetic data. Payments should run through PCI-DSS compliant providers. HIPAA does not apply simply because JNSIS collects health data.

Terms of Service

JNSIS provides personalized food-supplement and nutritional protocols. JNSIS does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a physician, emergency care or prescribed medication.

Assessment responses, and any biomarkers, microbiome, genetics or wearable data you choose to share, are used to personalize recommendations. JNSIS may decline an automated recommendation and route you to Physician-Led Support where safety or clinical complexity requires it.

You agree to provide accurate information, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications, allergies and relevant medical conditions. JNSIS does not advise you to stop or change a prescribed medication.

Ingredients and formulations may differ by country because of local regulatory requirements. Pricing, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, shipping, taxes and customs are shown before checkout.

JNSIS owns its intellectual property, algorithms, reports and content. You may use them for your personal protocol. You may not copy or resell them.

Warranties and liability are limited to the extent allowed by the consumer law that applies to you. The governing legal entity, jurisdiction and dispute process will be stated on the final counsel-reviewed terms for your country.

The assessment and products are for adults. If you have a safety concern or an adverse reaction, contact JNSIS before continuing the protocol.

Privacy Policy

JNSIS collects identity and contact information, age, sex, height, weight, assessment answers, lifestyle information, health priorities, medications, allergies, medical conditions, and purchase and payment metadata. If you choose to provide them, JNSIS also collects blood biomarkers, microbiome, genetic and wearable data.

This information is used for the assessment, personalization, safety screening, order fulfillment, customer support, protocol refinement and regulatory compliance. Communications are sent only with the separate optional consent on the assessment.

Information is shared only with service providers required to operate JNSIS: secure hosting, laboratories when applicable, fulfillment partners, payment processors and authorized clinical providers. Access to health information is limited to what is necessary for that purpose.

Where the law provides them, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, and receive a portable copy. Retention periods will be stated in the final policy for your country.

JNSIS protects information with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, incident procedures and secure third-party processors. JNSIS does not store raw card details. Payments go through a PCI-DSS compliant provider.

Health data

Health-data consent is a separate, unticked control. It is not bundled into the Terms or the Privacy Policy, and it is not required for the optional marketing checkbox. If JNSIS later handles identifiable health information for a HIPAA covered entity or business associate, that work will need HIPAA-compliant workflows and agreements.
